You will walk away with tools to help you align better with who you want to be as a manager. We will discuss management style types and leadership style types and the importance of self-awareness. You will discover what you want your ideal team to look like. And you will commit to taking one or two practices to your workplace.

Malarie is a board-certified management coach and senior level HR professional, practicing HR in the construction industry for over five years. Prior to that, Malarie’s career was shaped initially in the banking industry. Malarie’s earned her undergraduate degree in accounting and her graduate degree in Human Resources Management. She holds her SHRM-CP and SPHR as well as a certificate in management coaching.
